"The flower that follows the sun does so even on cloudy days."
-Robert Leighton

While I'm going to miss the peaceful quiet of a winter snow blanket, it's quite refreshing to hear the birds chirping as the morning sun breaks over the horizon. Old Man Winter has finally relinquished his grip on the weather forecast, and Sister Spring is in full blooming charge!  The weather has been amazing this past week, and all of the spring flowers have started or are blooming at the moment.  I’m anxiously awaiting the arrival of the household items (cough, cough - my tripod) that my husband and I have shipped over to our new home so I can take a few photo outings to try and capture the splendor at the tulip festivals that are being held around Europe at the moment.  My fingers are crossed that the remainder of my camera gear will be here in the next couple of weeks.  Until then, it's time for a few long walks to try and find a few new shooting locations so stay tuned.
