Remembering September 11, 2001

September 11, 2013  •  Leave a Comment

As time marches on, it is easy to forget the emotional magnitude of September 11, 2001. It is vital to take a moment each year and recall how in those moments Americans felt the sadness, pain, fury, and the unity as the unbreakable bonds of the American spirit surfaced. We put differences aside to assist, to save, to comfort, to hope, to heal and to rebuild. Americans are just that; we are generous, resourceful, determined, optimistic, united and free. At least, those are the Americans we must strive to be in honor of those that have fallen.
